Strategize
Once the Creative Tension is properly set, then the group is ready to co-creatively strategize and evaluate different approaches for succeeding with their mission. The Agile approach and System Thinking could be helpful tools, along with Holocratic methodologies, to move forward in this phase.

As the Agile framework suggest, it is better to fail fast at the beginning that at the end of a costly design and implementation of a product or service.
